Important Notice

When you are making bookings, all bookings under £100.00 will need to be paid in full up front. You will need to pay £100.00 for any bookings over the set price as a flat rate in order to hold the room.


The remaining balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date.

If you need to cancel a booking, NO REFUNDS will be given if you cancel within a 30 day period before the set arrival date. If you cancel before the 30 days, a full refund will be given.
