You can be rest assured that your dog will receive first class care and attention, leaving you free to relax without worry. We have 22 suites, each with metal framed raised beds, comfy waterproof mattresses and soft covers. Our suites have underfloor heating (during November to April) with lighting, normal doors and windows overlooking the countryside. There are enclosed conservatory runs, a television (in some rooms) and 24 hour on site staff to meet all their doggy needs.

Whilst your dog enjoys their stay with us, they will also enjoy plenty of fun and exercise socialising with all the other dogs and having one-to-one playtime with our loving staff. There are supervised walks in the four acre paddock for socialised dogs 3x a day, and we have agility activities for the more adventurous dogs. For the more social dogs, Mutleys Hotel offers our Doggie Daycare Centre, this is a really good idea for the more stimulated dogs, allowing them to have more time out of their rooms during the day socialising with the other dogs, and playing with our wide selection of toys. This is at a starting rate of £5.00 per hour (discounts for multiple dogs).

To suit your dog’s needs, they can be fed up to 3 times a day or we follow the instructions you give us on arrival. We supply a range of different dry dog foods to choose from which can be discussed when you book them in for their holiday. If your dog requires meat of any other specialist diet you are more than welcome to bring that along with you. Meals are included within the price. If your dog becomes unwell whilst you are away, we have a special isolation unit and hospital bed with access to an emergency vet. We also provide a grooming service during the day, but this must be pre-booked. All of our staff are qualified to the highest standards and have a true love for our canine friends.

Dog Suites
We offer 3 different sized rooms, standard, large and extra large rooms. Each room as a conservatory run area that they have access to all day when they are not outside playing in our fenced off field areas! A 10% discount is offered for multiple dogs when booked into the same room if they live together. Bank Holidays will incur an extra charge of £12. TV in room costs £1.00 per day.
Arrival time is between 12PM and 2PM and Departure time is between 9:30AM and 11:30AM Monday to Saturday. Customers are able to pick up and drop off on a Sunday between 10AM to 12PM, however there is a £10.00 surcharge.
Extra Exercise
We offer a dog walking service which starts at a price of £7.00 (£10.50 2 dogs) for a 30 minute walk, and £14.00 (£20 for 2 dogs) for a 1 hour walk. If you wish to book this, just ask a member of staff!
Our Daycare sessions can be used in conjunction with their stay, and you can book hour slots, 1/2 day slots or full day slots. These get booked up quickly, so these need to be pre-booked!
